Rating the Seller

To offer the best service possible to our buyers and sellers, GearTrade has implemented a seller rating system. The seller's rating is the average of all buyer ratings, ranked on a scale of one to five, with five being the highest. Check out a seller's rating as you make your purchase decision on a particular item. After purchasing items, GearTrade invites you to leave feedback about the seller.

To rate a seller, follow these steps:

1. Log in to My Account and click on Recently Purchased Items.
2. Click on the Rate the Seller link next to the appropriate item.
3. Rate the seller on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest.
4. Enter your comments in the text box.
5. Click on Submit to update the seller's rating.
