Unanswered Questions

When buyers use Request more Product Information, you will be notified by email and the question will show up on the item page and in the Unanswered Questions section of My Account. You are not required to respond to any question you do not feel is valid. Buyers should not be using Request more Product Information to make offers on items that are not selected as haggle items. Responding to offers made through Request more Product Information will not make the price available to the buyer.

To respond to an information request, follow these steps:

1. Click on Unanswered Questions located at My Account.
2. Enter your response for each request.
3. Click Submit to send the response.

If buyers are attempting to haggle through Request more Product Information, inform them that they must use Make the Seller an Offer in order to secure the new price. If Make the Seller an Offer does not appear on the item page, the item has not been selected as a haggle item. To allow buyers to haggle on an item, see the Haggle portion of the Seller's Guide.
