Return Policy

GearTrade allows returns only under one condition: if the item was misrepresented on the Website, in size, color, or condition. Item s may not be returned due to improper sizing, color, or change of mind. The "Request More Product Information" feature on each item page has been provided for potential buyers to find out all information necessary to make a purchase decision. Failure to find out p ertinent product information does not constitute grounds for product return. Purchased items may be resold on the site, but product return will not be negotiated.

To help protect against fraud and the falsification of gear information, buyers have 72 hours to inspect the item under the Buyer Inspection Guarantee. 72 hours after delivery confirmation (once the order has been delivered), the buyer can no longer return an order. Since GearTrade has submitted payment to the seller, the buyer can negotiate the return with the seller. At this time the buyer and seller will be brought together to mediate the situation.
