Managing Your Inventory

In order to use the swap marketplace to your full advantage, you will need to take an active part in managing your inventory. If you fail to list items correctly or do not ship items within the specified time period (5 business days) your seller rating will be negatively affected.

By logging in to My Account you can:

• Update your personal information at any time.
• Edit an item at any time prior to its purchase.
• Delete any items that you no longer wish to sell or have sold elsewhere.
• Respond to buyer questions and accept offers on haggle items.

You will receive email updates for item expirations, sales, shipping reminders and so on.
