Seller Rating

To offer the best service possible to our buyers and sellers, GearTrade has implemented a seller rating system. Occasionally GearTrade may make promotional deals available to sellers who maintain a high seller rating, such as lower commission or quicker payment. Your seller rating is the average of all buyer ratings, ranked on a scale of one to five, with five being the highest. Your seller rating will be available to all potential buyers and appears with each item listing. After making a purchase, buyers are invited to rate you as a seller and leave feedback for future buyers. Listing your items correctly and shipping them in a timely manner will guarantee you a high seller rating.

To view and respond to seller ratings and reviews, follow these steps:

1. Log in to My Account and click on View Seller Ratings and Reviews.
2. Click on the text box to respond to the buyer's rating and feedback.
3. Click Submit to update the View Seller Ratings and Reviews page.
